Sensor Sizes Part II

As I wrote in Part I of this post, below, it seems to have become a “forum truism” that the 4/3rds sensor size (13 x 17.3 mm) is woefully inadequate and can’t compete with the allegedly more desirable APS-C sensor size (14.8 x 22.2 in Canon cameras).
